  • No Returns: We regret to inform you that we do not offer returns on any of our products.
  • Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are only available in the case of damaged or broken items received. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
    • A request for exchange must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.
How to Request an Exchange:
  1. Contact our customer service team at care@pahjs.com within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order details, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item.
  3. Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.
Additional Notes:
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative of equal value.
  • Shipping charges for exchanges will be communicated during the process.
